Nadia Richards

Clinical interest in chronic pain management and exercise rehabilitation.

Nadia is a highly-qualified and experienced Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist. She has a passion for exercise rehabilitation and keeping fit and active and has been involved in a wide range of sports, including water polo, open water swimming, CrossFit and Netball. She is also a Stability Plus Pilates instructor with Ante- and Post-natal qualifications.

Nadia graduated from Physiotherapy in 2008 and completed her Post Graduate Certificate in Western Acupuncture in 2010. She then went on to complete her Masters of Health Practice in Rehabilitation. Nadia enjoys working with people out in the pool, gym and home-based environments to help her clients regain their goals in the community. She uses a client-centered, evidence-based approach to help clients reach their full potential. During her spare time, she is a mother of two young girls who keep her very busy. She enjoys being outside and active at the beach, gym, pool and travelling with her family.

Qualifications: Bachelor of Health Science (Physiotherapy), Post Graduate Certificate of Health Science (Acupuncture), Masters of Health Practice (Rehabilitation).
